Studio Rental

X-Quisite House of Dance is available for rentals; we have 2 large large open studios and waiting room that can be used for you to have events, parties, rehearse, shoot, film, and much more.

Studio Features/ Rentals

  • Meetings, Rehearsals and Open classes starting at $35/hr

  • 1 on 1 private lessons: $20/hr

Event Rentals

  • $100/hr

  • 1 FREE hour to set up and 1 hour to breakdown

  • $100 Deposit to secure date

  • $60 Mandatory cleaning fee 

  • 4 hours MAX for rental 

  • Wifi Included

  • Payment Method- Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Card (At the studio)
