Hot in Heels w/Shay

Hot and Sexy advanced beginner/intermediate level heels class. This is a faster paced heels class where you will work on becoming stronger and more confident in not just your heels but in your own skin. We will work on stamina, lines, and choreography retention. This is a judgement free zone where the vibe changes weekly and you will consistently push your body in new ways. all while having fun and getting a great workout.

Sassy Cardio Hip Hop

Whether you’re looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for. This is a beginner level dance cardio class open to all dance levels. Come sweat sexy with us in this high energy fun class.

Wednesdays 7:45-8:45pm



A foundational dance class based in heels which focuses on movement and technique while delivering emotion though choreography! Express your confidence and build strong presence with powerful routines.

Mondays 7:30-8:45


Vixen Workout

Vixen Workout is a dance fitness format that uses fresh choreography, live music, music remixes, and stage lighting so you can experience yourself as a performer. This is an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection, and a sense of community with other women. The Vixen Workout is a whole MOOD, it's  a transformation into the best version of yourself while burning over 500 calories. No prior dance experience is required. Vixen Workout is not about changing who you are or about "loosing the weight", it's taking the time you take for yourself, it's living fierce in everything that you do!!
